RETURNS, REFUNDS & SHIPPING POLICY
If you’re unhappy with your purchase or experience, please let us know by emailing us within 48 hours of receipt at email@example.com. Be sure to include your full name and order number. Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, many items are not eligible for return. All returns are subject to manufacturer’s terms and warranties. All approved returns require a Return Authorization number and must be returned unused, in the same condition as received and in original packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment unless otherwise arranged.
Any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund or exchange.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide a photograph(s) along with detailed information for any product damaged during shipping.
SHIPPING & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
We are committed to shipping your order as fast as we can. Orders usually ship within 1-3 days. Estimated delivery time is in BUSINESS DAYS and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders take at least one business day to process before shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
